This results in a tread surface hardness ranging from HRC52 to HRC62, accompanied by a hardened layer depth of 7-10mm (featuring a hardness of HRC45) or greater. This combination of hardness and depth ensures exceptional durability, particularly in terms of resistance to both impact and surface wear, on both the external and internal surfaces of the wheel body.
To accommodate both tropical and cold climates, the product is equipped with high-quality, standard floating oil seals and a dependable lubrication system. This ensures that the carrier sprocket remains fully sealed and requires no maintenance, even in harsh working conditions or under extreme temperatures ranging from -45°C to 120°C.
